How it works


Firstly, please complete the quick and simple online application form.

We aim to process all applications with 48 working hours. If you are eligible for concessional membership, please make sure to provide supporting evidence. 

Subject to acceptance we will email you and issue any relevant refund pertaining to discounts without delay.

If we require any additional information we will contact you promptly so please do check your email.

In the event of your application being rejected, a refund in full will be issued immediately.


On successful application 

We will email you to confirm acceptance and start to prepare your welcome pack and will mail this to you via 1st class tracked delivery. 


The AAE Welcome Pack

Your welcome pack will be posted to you via Royal Mail and will include details of membership, the AAE Black Card along with your unique membership number which also serves as your login to access all areas of the AAE website. You will also receive your certificate of membership along with your Public Liability insurance policy and general membership guidance.


Your own AAE web page

You will also be provided with instructions on how to simply upload info to your web page. Please do not delay in doing this as we will be investing heavily in promoting members to potential bookers, it’s therefore vital that your page is visible. How much or how little info upi opt to upload is at your discretion.

Your page will have a unique URL extension and this can be used on all of your publicity on and offline as can the Association of Accredited Entertainers logo - Logo files can be downloaded by members from the downloads /  document suite.

Uploading your details is an easy and speedy process. You will have options to include your biog, up to 6 promo phots and up to 3 showreels.
